" We believe in approaching our client relationships with a holistic, long-term approach that yields sustainable change"

Our Approach
TiA does not believe in checking boxes or delivering (one-and-done, one-time, single-contact) training. We believe in approaching our client relationships with a holistic, long-term approach that yields sustainable change.
Our approach has been thoughtfully developed to give our clients the maximum return on investment in themselves and their objective to center anti-racism/colonialism, diversity, equity, and inclusion (ARCDEI).
What We Do
We are passionate about working with organizations that genuinely want to affect change–internally and externally– and stand ready to assist them.
Our client engagement is multi-tracked:a) assessment, b) strategy design, c) facilitated introspective discussions/training, and d) implementation guidance.
FRAMEWORK REVIEW
TiA begins by reviewing and assessing the organization’s internal framework (i.e policies, procedures, protocols, etc.) using an assessment tool TiA created for this purpose.
STRATEGY DESIGN
TiA utilizes all data collected to design a holistic and customized strategy for your organization which centers ARCDEI in all facets of the organization.
ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT
During this phase TiA collects and analyzes qualitative data such as lived experience and other anecdotal data points.
FACILIATED INTROSPECTIONS
TiA will facilitate a series of conversations - introspections - aimed at equipping an organization to center ARCDEI in its all of its facets.
